Dr Audrey Hazel Wilson is the superintendent pharmacist for Weight Loss Forever Ltd. The superintendent pharmacist is legally accountable for the safe operation of the pharmacy: the standard operating procedures, the governance around prescribing, and the professional conduct of the service as a whole.

This is the person a regulator holds responsible if something goes wrong, which is why the role is named rather than described in the abstract. A service that will not tell you who its superintendent pharmacist is has told you something.

Both numbers are searchable on the General Pharmaceutical Council register, which is public and free to use. We publish the numbers rather than only the names because a name alone can match several people, and the number is what resolves to one.

An independent prescriber is a pharmacist who has completed further training and may prescribe autonomously within their competence. That is the qualification that allows a treatment decision to be made here rather than referred elsewhere.

Every assessment is reviewed by a prescriber before any treatment decision. The prescriber sees your full medical history, your current medication, and anything you disclose that bears on suitability.

They can decline. They can ask for more information. They can approve treatment at a lower dose or a slower titration than the standard schedule. What they cannot do is approve a prescription from a form alone, because weight-management medicines are classed as high-risk and current guidance requires your information to be independently verified.

Clinical content is drafted against primary sources and reviewed by a clinician before publication. Every treatment and guide page carries the reviewer name and the date it was last reviewed, so you can see how current the information is rather than assuming.

Every pharmacist and pharmacy technician practising in Great Britain appears on the public register held by the General Pharmaceutical Council, searchable by name or registration number. Doctors appear on the General Medical Council register.

You do not have to take any provider at its word, including this one. If a service names its clinicians, you can check them. If it does not name them, there is nothing to check.
