Complaints
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Complaints are how problems in a clinical service are found.
How to complain
Complaints can be made in writing to our registered office. Include your name, contact details and a description of what happened, with dates where you have them.
You do not need to use any particular form of words, and you will not be treated differently as a patient for having complained.
Escalating beyond us
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the relevant regulator. Concerns about pharmacy services can be raised with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and concerns about a medicine or a suspected side effect can be reported to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme.
